Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Lepxiru platform. By registering an account, accessing any content, or using any feature of this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

• Platform means the Lepxiru website, web application, and all associated services available at lepxiru.com.
• User means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• Learner means a User who enrolls in any course, program, session, or learning path offered on the Platform.
• Instructor means a User who creates, delivers, or facilitates educational content or live sessions on the Platform.
• Content means all text, video, audio, images, documents, quizzes, assessments, interactive materials, and any other materials made available through the Platform.
• Account means the registered profile created by a User to access the Platform's features.
• Services means all features, tools, programs, sessions, and functionalities provided by the Platform.

To use the Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 16 years of age. Users between 16 and 18 years of age must have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above.

To access most features of the Platform, you are required to register and create an Account. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or account access with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately at info@lepxiru.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us authorizing commercial use.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works of any Content without prior written authorization.
• Using automated tools such as bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts to access or extract data from the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or related systems.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harassing, threatening, or causing harm to other Users, Instructors, or staff.
• Using the Platform to transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam.
• Circumventing any technical measures or access controls implemented on the Platform.
• Selling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing your access to the Platform or its Content.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform.

Enrollment in any learning program, course, or session is subject to availability and any applicable enrollment conditions. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any program or session at our discretion. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided.

The Platform offers both group learning sessions and individual private sessions. Participation in group sessions requires respectful engagement with other Learners and Instructors. Individual sessions are subject to scheduling availability and any specific terms communicated at the time of booking.

You are responsible for attending sessions for which you have enrolled. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless explicitly stated in the session terms. We are not liable for technical issues on your end that prevent participation.

Certain services on the Platform require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree to pay the stated amounts.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy published on the Platform at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where a Learner has accessed a substantial portion of the course content or attended a session.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from your use of the Platform. Prices displayed may or may not include taxes depending on your location.

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, graphics, text, software, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Lepxiru and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over such Content.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

If you submit, post, or upload any content to the Platform, including forum posts, assignments, feedback, or other materials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us freely and without compensation or attribution to you.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content.
• Warranties that specific learning outcomes or results will be achieved.

Educational outcomes depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and engagement. We make no guarantees regarding career results, certification validity outside the Platform, or the sufficiency of content for any professional purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lepxiru and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Content, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Interruption of service or technical failures.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any conduct of third parties on the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lepxiru and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform or Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting us at info@lepxiru.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any previously paid fees unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or other Users.

Upon termination, your license to use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, shall continue to apply.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including features, pricing, availability of content, and session formats. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including but not limited to emails, in-platform notifications, and system messages. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time. Transactional and account-related communications cannot be opted out of while your Account remains active.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Lepxiru regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us at info@lepxiru.com to seek an informal resolution. We are committed to addressing concerns in good faith within a reasonable timeframe before any formal proceeding is initiated.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative to be effective.
