  • Individual sessions are scheduled on your timeline. The instructor adapts to your progress rather than the group's, making this format effective for people with variable weekly availability.
  • Each track has a defined entry level. Foundation requires no prior experience. Applied and Advanced tracks recommend at least 6 months of hands-on work or completion of the previous track.
  • Group plans include 8 sessions per month at 90 minutes each. Individual plans run 4–6 sessions monthly depending on the tier, scheduled flexibly across the week.
  • Recordings and written resources remain accessible for 12 months after completion. This applies equally to group cohort participants and individual enrollees.
